around human capability and potential, not the traditional 2, often associated with some coaching models. Our Multi-Dimensional Coaching Model will help to unblock and unlock this potential and provides a support infrastructure to ensure that this 'new found' potential cis applied to real life. COACH* is not just a model, it's a practical, living methodology that help to create the beliefs, thoughts, feelings and actions to create personal success. COACH* supercharges the impact and effectiveness of traditional coaching and takes it to the next dimension.

We spoke to hundreds of people regarding their coaching experiences and
discovered that for many, although coaching initially worked, the effects were
often quite limited and/or were less effective in the longer term. Old patterns
of behaviour frequently returned and/or personal motivation was lost.

The missing links
We found evidence that suggests that traditional coaching often focuses
on the 2 dimensions of the NOW and the FUTURE, with little reference to
the PAST and what might be creating the current situation. We designed
our model to fill the missing 3 dimensions and created COACH.*
