Introduction
Skillsfx founded by Derek Owen was created so that affordable personal skills development, English lnaguage teaching and coaching could be made available to people worldwide, using the power of the internet. 

Derek is a specialised coach, trainer, teacher, consultant, course designer and author with over 25 years experience in the personal development industry. During this time he has developed the skills and potential of well over 30,000 people, from a wide range of different industries and backgrounds. From new starters to seasoned and experienced senior executives, Derek has experience in industries such as utilities, FMCG, insurance, customer service, call and contact centre, sales, estate agency, banking, technology, English language teaching, retail and recruitment.
